Print with carbon fibre reinforced PETG in a 1 kg spool of Syrup Brown
Achieve rigid parts with a bending modulus of 3100±150 MPa
Run print speeds anywhere from 40 to 250 mm/s
Handle tougher use with an Izod impact strength of 60±4 kJ/m²
Connect with ACE-compatible desktop FDM printers fitted with a hardened steel nozzle
Carbon fibre reinforced PETG for functional prints
The Anycubic PETG-CF Filament in Syrup Brown is made for makers who want more from their FDM 3D printer than display models. It combines PETG with carbon fibre reinforcement, giving you a PETG-CF filament suited to brackets, enclosures, jigs and other parts that need to do real work. The 1 kg spool is finished in a warm Syrup Brown (#99403A), so your finished parts look as considered as they perform.
Tired of guessing your print settings?
Dialling in a new filament can eat hours, so this one comes with clear windows to work within. Print with a nozzle temperature of 240-270 ℃ and a bed temperature of 65-70 ℃, and choose a printing speed anywhere between 40 and 250 mm/s depending on whether you value detail or throughput. It is designed for desktop FDM 3D printers with a hardened steel nozzle of 0.4 mm or above, and it is ACE compatible, so it slots into an ACE-based workflow without extra fuss.
Strength and stiffness you can measure
Mechanical performance is published, not implied. You get a tensile strength of 54±2 MPa, a Young's modulus of 2550±100 MPa and a bending strength of 88±2 MPa, backed by a bending modulus of 3100±150 MPa for parts that resist flexing under load. An Izod impact strength of 60±4 kJ/m² (X-Y) and an elongation at break of 12±1% show how the material copes with knocks and strain, which helps you judge whether it suits your design before you commit to a long print.
Know its heat limits and look after your spool
Plan your parts with confidence using the stated thermal data: a melting temperature of 221 ℃, a Vicat softening temperature of 74 ℃ and a heat deflection temperature of 67 ℃ at 0.45 MPa. To get consistent results, dry the filament at 60-65 °C for 6-8 hours in a convection oven before printing. With a density of 1.32 g/cm³ and a melt flow index of 14.1±1.6 g/10 min (190℃/2.16kg), it is well documented for anyone fine-tuning their slicer profile.
